Art Spears Estate Sales provides it's clients with the personal service and skills necessary to sort, clean, repair or touchup, organize, display, research, price, advertise and sell the contents of a home, estate or business. Also, photos and a thorough description of items for sale are downloaded on this web-site and emailed to hundreds of regular buying customers who frequent Art Spears' estate or moving sales.

Art Spears Estate Sales personal business goal is to provide clients with the most complete variety of services to aid you with the difficult and sometimes overwhelming task of liquidated or downsizing of the personal property of a family member or of your own household. This may even include preparation of the sale location by blowing leaves, trimming bushes to removal of mildew and mold from walkways and we make it a policy to routinely clean bathrooms and kitchens to make the house a presentable sale site. If for any reason, a sale cannot be held where the sale items are located, it can be arranged to move them to another estate or moving sale site to be displayed and sold.
Art Spears Estate Sales will bring to the sale site those items and supplies that are necessary to properly clean, organize and display items for sale. These items & supplies may include tables, table cloths, shelves, plate racks, blanket racks, clothes racks, jewelry cases, display cases, floor lamps for added lighting, even A/C units, fans and heaters if necessary. Art Spears is an excellent restorer and refinisher of hardwood furniture and will often bring the value of a piece up to higher level with a bit of effort and expertise.
